Laura Binder-Hines is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor based in Portland, Oregon, and has been teaching since 2010. She currently teaches both traditional, studio-based vinyasa classes and chair yoga classes in a corporate setting.
Laura’s yoga practice began in 2004 as a very awkward, injured teenage athlete who could not touch her toes, and along her journey, she has learned how to modify the practice to accommodate virtually any level of ability or range of motion.
She especially loves working with people who have never touched a yoga mat before and think they “can’t do yoga,” because she used to be one of those people.
